State surrogate

An entity empowered to act on behalf of the state in regards to enforcement of laws or national security. The most common example is the corporation, whose status of limited liability and personhood give it the immunities of a state actor.
The heavy reliance upon state surrogates is a feature of falangism distinguishing it from fascism.
